If you would have told me 7 years ago that I would be able to continue being an engagement photographer and live in Europe, I would have told you that you were crazy! I can not believe how fast time flies. I have been with Nick for over 7 years and living in Germany for just over 4 months.. It feels like just yesterday we were arriving in Maryland and here we are, 3.5 years later in Germany. I have been so busy trying to get my life settled in this new place and get my business back up and running. So here I am, today, getting back into the groove.
Throughout the year of 2018, I photographed 3 engagement sessions for a photography company by the name of OLAS, Once Like A Spark. I got paired up with 3 amazing couples and I am so happy that I had the opportunity to capture their love. Meet Michael and Rachel! We spent the evening walking around St. John’s campus and managed to finish the session just before the rain rolled in! I wish I could have photographed their wedding but I am still so happy that I had the honor of capturing their engagement photos.
Take a peek below of a few of my favorite images!

Is there anything better than a maternity session on the beach…? (Hint: the answer is no…. lol) I vividly remember the day that Anna told me she was pregnant. I was just leaving base in Germany and pulled over since she was calling me on video. To say I was in disbelief is an […]
COVID-19 has definitely changed a lot this year in so many ways from how we style and celebrate milestones to how we socialize with friends and family. This past week Chandler asked me for some ideas of how to capture her birthday which just so happened to be the last day of her lock in […]
A little backstory before product photography came into my life… I started really getting into photographing other people when we were in Florida in 2015. We then moved to Maryland in December of 2015 and that is when my business grew. I had regular clients, weddings, second shot a lot of weddings, and finally began […]
I remember how terribly inconsistent I was with poses during an engagement session back when I started photography and my oh my.. Do you remember Anna? Back in July of 2016 I was invited to a styled shoot by a friend 30 minutes before it started. I ended up getting stuck in traffic on […]
One thing I have learned from this quarantine (as a family photographer) is that there is always more work that can be done to work on your craft. Even if that does not include shooting. I am going back through older sessions and came across this session with my best friend Natalie of Natalie Grace […]
If you are stationed in Germany, you have most likely been to Burg Lichtenberg at least a handful of times. This is one of my favorite castles to go to for family sessions. The kids love to run around and play and the adults can really take in the scenery around Burg Lichtenberg. Going to this […]
