These spring floral fields blooming all around Ramstein Air Force Base is like heaven to a couples photographer.
They are colorful, dreamy, and perfect to put a beautiful couple in! I knew once these bloomed that I had to find the perfect couple to photograph in them. As you can tell, Jamie and T.R. are meant to be in front of the camera. We met Jamie and T.R. last year through some mutual friends and I can not be any more thankful. We did find out when we met that they lived on the street behind us while we were both stationed at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base in Florida. How crazy is that? The military life gets smaller and smaller everyday.
I am so grateful to have met two amazing people here and I am beyond sad that they are leaving here by the end of the year. Hopefully things open up here soon so we can take advantage of the time we have left to hang out with them. Military life is hard sometimes but it brings people into your life that you may never have met if it weren’t for moving around the world.
Before moving to the Ramstein area, I knew that I wanted to continue being a couples photographer and made it a point to make it happen. Even if it wasn’t for money, just having couples in front of my camera lights up my day!

Is there anything better than a maternity session on the beach…? (Hint: the answer is no…. lol) I vividly remember the day that Anna told me she was pregnant. I was just leaving base in Germany and pulled over since she was calling me on video. To say I was in disbelief is an […]
COVID-19 has definitely changed a lot this year in so many ways from how we style and celebrate milestones to how we socialize with friends and family. This past week Chandler asked me for some ideas of how to capture her birthday which just so happened to be the last day of her lock in […]
A little backstory before product photography came into my life… I started really getting into photographing other people when we were in Florida in 2015. We then moved to Maryland in December of 2015 and that is when my business grew. I had regular clients, weddings, second shot a lot of weddings, and finally began […]
I remember how terribly inconsistent I was with poses during an engagement session back when I started photography and my oh my.. Do you remember Anna? Back in July of 2016 I was invited to a styled shoot by a friend 30 minutes before it started. I ended up getting stuck in traffic on […]
One thing I have learned from this quarantine (as a family photographer) is that there is always more work that can be done to work on your craft. Even if that does not include shooting. I am going back through older sessions and came across this session with my best friend Natalie of Natalie Grace […]
If you are stationed in Germany, you have most likely been to Burg Lichtenberg at least a handful of times. This is one of my favorite castles to go to for family sessions. The kids love to run around and play and the adults can really take in the scenery around Burg Lichtenberg. Going to this […]
